夏本番ですね。　　沖縄もとうとう34℃近くまでなってきてます。



きじむなぁ食堂でたまに本土のお客様に「冷たいおそばはありますか？」と聞かれます。

沖縄そばは一般的に暑い中でもフウフウーしながら食べるのですがお声にお答えして冷たいソーキそば始めました。
