December 22 is called tunji by words of Okinawa at winter solstice.
Rice (Jushi) warmly nutritious on day of winter solstice when night is the longest through one year
We give to hinukan, and there are manners and customs eating in families.
We make tunjijushi with RyukyuMura using Japanese cypress and kamado.
If visitor can say that we saw HP, we can participate in making of brief Jushi trial class.
