2月8日は沖縄では「旧暦の1月1日」
旧暦のお正月です（‘Ｏ‘）

この日は、「若水」といいまして、
若い男子が夜明けとともに、囲（カー）や井戸から水を汲んでき、
この水をお供えするという行事があります。

琉球村でも夜明けとともに、 若い男性が若水くみにいきますよー。

残念ながらその光景は実際にお見せできませんが…

この日の営業時間内で、「旧島袋家」にお越しいただければ、
この若水にもあやかることができますよー！
